Living Losses – Facing Them In Healthy Ways – EMMAUS

Thursday September 14

Program Description

Loss is inevitable. It is a part of living on this earth. Most people understand this and feel the impact of loss when a loved one dies. What about those losses that don’t involve death? Think of the losses involved in moving, or losing a job, or living with a chronic condition. How about financial losses, or the breakup of a relationship, or the death of a dream? These are examples of living losses. Many living losses must be faced and mourned in the same way as losses involving death. This webinar will help us to identify the living losses we experience, and to learn how to face them in healthy ways.
