What is Rejoicing Spirits?
Rejoicing Spirits is an inclusive, meaningful Christian worship service that welcomes, embraces, values and celebrates the gifts of our siblings with disabilities. Rejoicing Spirits enriches the spiritual lives of people with disabilities and all people through a meaningful Christian worship service and fellowship time in free, expressive environment. Individuals are free to be themselves while actively participating as contributing members of an inclusive faith community. People with disabilities, their families, friends and other supportive community members come together to worship in a “shush-free” environment.

How is Rejoicing Spirits a part of the Nebraska Synod?
Rejoicing Spirits has long been a part of the Nebraska Synod with Rejoicing Spirits congregations located across the state and we will celebrate that history at this event.
What are we launching?
Several Omaha Congregations are coming together to create Rejoicing Spirits worship opportunities in the Omaha Community on Thursday mornings. This gives us a chance to gather and celebrate that launch as well as to train volunteers who want to be a part of the ministry.
Rejoicing Spirits Needs YOU!
Rejoicing Spirits worship services are for everyone. We need volunteers to help with hospitality, music, planning, set up and assisting in worship. If you are interested in volunteering, you don’t want to miss this launch party and celebration.
