Messiah Evangelical Lutheran Church is interested in hiring a dynamic, energetic, and organized person to fill their Program Coordinator position.  The Program Coordinator (PC) manages, plans, and fulfills church programs, special events, and weekly ministries.  The PC coordinates church schedules, recruits, trains, equips and organizes volunteer teams.  The PC handles administration and tracking of weekly, monthly, and annual events within the church calendar and functions as the  project manager for these activities.  The goal is to continue strengthening and growing our church programs and those designed to benefit the community.  The PC must also empower, motivate, and inspire volunteers and encourage congregational engagement.
