This annual event brings together pastors, deacons, PMAs, faith formation leaders, interns, and key lay staff from across the Nebraska Synod for three days of worship, learning, and connection. Whether you're deep in ministry or discerning what’s next, this gathering will equip and inspire you to “go out and lead” with fresh insight and renewed energy.

Keynote Speaker: Rev. Dr. Terri Elton

Dr. Elton is a professor of leadership at Luther Seminary and a trusted voice in cultivating vibrant ministry in today’s changing church landscape. She brings a wealth of experience from her time as a youth director, synod staff member, and academic leader. With a passion for innovation, generational engagement, and congregational vitality, her keynote will challenge and empower us to lead boldly in our own contexts.
