Healthy Leaders Show Up With Grace

“Our churches and organizations are stronger when God’s people are good stewards of the lives God has given them. When they care for their well-being, they show up with strength, courage, vulnerability, compassion, and grace.” – Portico Benefits

We are Christ’s Body, the Church, so we value our leaders as important members of the Body. Throughout the Nebraska Synod, we support our leaders in stewarding their health for the sake of the Gospel, themselves and their families, and our mission of Making Disciples, Walking Together, Serving God’s World.

Here’s resources to help you show up with grace in your life and ministry.

Boundaries and Inclusion Training

Your Nebraska Synod is launching a new rotational boundaries and inclusion training program in 2024. Everyone will cycle through one year of boundaries and ethics, followed by two years of inclusion (with a different focus each year). The years will coincide with the liturgical calendar, so we are in Year B of training. Year B (or BE) covers Boundaries and Ethics in one session. All sessions are on Zoom.
