Women in Ministry – Harassment Is Real
An online workshop with Barbara Keller for pastors, deacons, PMA’s and other women in professional staff positions in the church.

In our hour with Barbara Keller she will first of all help us name the many ways women leaders are harassed in the church. She will provide insights on the abusers, who they are and why they abuse. Barbara will provide tools to help women how to address the harassment and where to turn for help.
Barbara Keller has been the consultant for the prevention of sexual misconduct to the Evangelical Lutheran Church in American since 2006. Her responsibilities include: Professional Boundary training, Safe church seminars and workshops for pastors who follow a misconduct. Barbara is also available by phone and email to victims, bishops, pastors and church leaders who are communicating with victims and those who are dealing with other issues of sexual abuse.Prior to working for the church, Barbara supervised a treatment program in suburban Philadelphia for sex offenders, domestic violence offenders, adult and child victims.
