Differentiated Leadership: Exploring Self & the Art of Florence
The course represents a unique combination of engagement with the artistic treasures of Florence and classroom sessions focused on enhancing one's capacity for differentiated leadership, as seen through the lens of family systems theory.
In-class input to challenge students to reflect on how they can function at their best as leaders and not allow organizational anxiety to distract them from their mission.
On-site lectures: Orsanmichele, the Baptistry and Cathedral, Museo dell'Opera del Duomo, Museo del Bargello, Church of Santa Croce, Galleria degli Uffizi, Church of Santa Trinitá, Galleria dell'Accademia, Museo di San Marco, and more.
Organized by Graduate Liberal Studies, Southern Methodist University. Includes accommodation at Hotel Balestri, with breakfast, museum entrance fees, lunches during class sessions, farewell dinner. Enroll for graduate credit or audit the course.
