A ministry of spiritual fitness for persons living with chronic disabilities

Living with a chronic disability is challenging in many ways. Dealing with constant pain and physical imitations raises hard questions for faith. Why did this happen to me? Can I be healed? Is there any hope?

A medical diagnosis leads us to work on our physical and mental wellness.

But what do we do about spiritual wellness?

Persistent Grace is about making space to confront the questions particular to living with a chronic disability. In prayer and devotion we listen for God’s word of grace and healing to make us whole and know that we are loved just as we are. In prayer, we lift up our pain and our struggles to a God who listens to us and understands. In community, we find friends and companions to share the journey. In all things, we seek tools to be strengthened for the hard work that we are called to endure.

How can we help you?
